Oh Melissa~ I forgot to mention you'd be proud of me. I did some baking today. Last year on October 17th my mom taught me how to make homemade bread. So, I've made it a few times since then. Well, my dad's b-day is Oct 17th but since that's a wednesday this year, we're having his b-day dinner early. So, I made homemade bread for my contribution. I haven't messed it up since. I just took it out of the oven and I can't tell you how hard it was for me not to take a big 'ol bite out of ti.

I wouldn't mind ONE bit. I will send it along a little later. I'm getting ready to go over to my parents' for dinner.

And just so you know...I haven't forgotten to give you the recipe. I just haven't had a chance. I will try to make sure I get that done this week before I leave for vacation Saturday morning. I'm sorry it's taken so long!
